How do I become appointed with Dentist Direct?
Dentist Direct Dental plans are underwritten by American National Life Insurance Company of Texas, an "A" rated company.
To become appointed, click on the "Request a Producer Kit" link and complete the included forms. You can also call 1-866-MY-MOLAR, (1-866-696-6527), or email us at info@usdentistdirect.com for more information.
You may begin selling Dentist Direct dental plans immediately, however you must be appointed with Dentist Direct to receive commissions.

What is the turnaround for a quote?
Most quotes for groups under 100 lives are returned the same day. Most groups of 100 lives or more are returned within 2-3 business days.
What are the participation requirements?
Contributory Plans:

What are the enrollment deadlines for a new group?
Please submit your information by the 20th of the month prior to the desired effective date.
When can we expect to receive renewal rates and information?
Renewal information is provided no later than 30 days prior to your plan effective date.
Can a group change plans during the year?
A group has an open enrollment period for 30 days after their effective date to enroll employees. After this period lapses, existing employees may only elect coverage after a qualifying event such as: marriage; divorce or legal separation; birth of a child or adoption of a child; loss of employment; new employment; or death of insured. Employees have 30 days after the qualifying event to elect coverage. Otherwise they must wait until the next open enrollment period.
New employees may enroll within 30 days of their benefit eligibility date.
What if a client has coverage under more than one dental plan at a time?
Dentist Direct will coordinate benefits with any other dental plan. In determining payment, the total payment from both carriers cannot exceed the total allowable charge. Please call
